One form, four answers. We log it against a register number and reply with a shortlist of country houses that match the band you set.

04 — What you receive

Three files arrive after the survey.

Every property we visit produces the same three-part record. Nothing is compressed into a single paragraph, and nothing we could not confirm is quietly dropped.

  1. The written dossier

    One document per property: land area, build year, water source, power connection, access road type, distance to the nearest hospital and distance to the nearest rail stop. Photographs are taken on the day of the visit and attached unedited.

  2. The numbered register entries

    Every property is entered in the register under a fixed number, for example UA-0417, in the format used across the whole site. The same string appears in the register row, the region index and this file, so a listing can be checked from any page.

  3. The non-confirmation list

    Items we could not confirm are listed in the same dossier, not omitted. The file does not cover structural, geological or soil assessment, ownership chain verification, valuation, contract drafting or deposit handling.
