A property enters the selection register only after all three steps are complete. Telephone descriptions never produce an entry.
You set a budget band, one or more oblasts and the purpose of the house: seasonal use, permanent living or rental. We open the brief under a reference number.
An advisor drives to the property, photographs every elevation and measures the rooms. Water source, power phase and access road surface are recorded on site.
You receive a register entry with photographs, a two-column spec table and the survey notes. Items we could not confirm are listed in the same dossier, not omitted.
