1. Scope of services
planebounds.com provides property selection and information services. We are not a real estate agency or a party to any transaction and give no legal, tax or investment advice. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
2. Contracts and consumer rights
Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce' we provide essential service characteristics, price and performance terms before you order. Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' gives you pre-contract information, fair terms and dispute rights.
3. Personal data and cookies
Where cookies or analytics process personal data, we rely on your consent and give notice under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, prices or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, to the extent permitted by law.
